First of all, the picture is deceptive- the cup is a see-through mesh type of material, which obviously can't be shown in the picture. Second, the shape of the mesh cup doesn't have much support, and if you're a larger cup size like I am, I wouldn't recommend it because it just looks funky. Plus the cups hang a lot lower than I'm used to, which I didn't like, and the underwire came way up in the middle between my breasts in an uncomfortable way, unlike any other bra I've encountered. I imagine it would be better for someone with lower, wider set smaller breasts.
It is a really cute bra and it's not horribly scratchy, but it just not a good fit for me.

This bra was true to size (I wear a 38FF) and it created an acceptable silouette. It provides moderate support and has a overall pleasing appearance. The bra didn't "dig in" to my sides the way many other bras do. However, the lace has a somewhat scratchy feeling to it. Once it was washed a few times with an ample dose of fabric softener, I found It improved somewhat.
