Now you can put them to good use by donating them to Gigi’s Closet.

Many women have several bras in their lingerie drawer that they never wear, whether they don’t fit any more or they’re a certain style that’s too uncomfortable. So, instead of letting them take up space week after week, donate your gently-worn bras.

Become a part of Gigi’s “Bras for Charity” Bra Drive and help build a better community. We collect all your unused and gently worn bras and donate them to women in need who may not be able to afford properly-fitted bras.

The Gigi’s Bras for Charity program operates by women mailing their unused or gently worn bras to Gigi’s Closet. There, the staff collects and then expedites the donations to the surrounding Salvation Army Stores in the Kansas City Metro Area. Not only do these stores offer quality items to the community at bargain prices, but 100 percent of the funds raised by the non-profit organization go directly towards the Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Centers.

Here is how it works:

• Empty out your lingerie drawer of any unused bras
• Wash the bras you want to send
• Simply pop your bras in an envelope and mail to:
