Unsure of your size in a certain brand or garment style? Order two and send one back for a full refund. Changed your mind about an item once it arrived? Just send it back.
How to Return Items
Return labels are automatically included on the packing slip for all orders. Complete the following steps to return or exchange items:
- Fill out the pertinent information on the included packing slip
- Indicate if it the package is a return or exchange. If making an exchange, specify the reason for the exchange.
- Verify that the unworn garments have the tags attached and include the original packaging
- Attach the Return Merchandise Label (found on the packing slip) to the outside of the package
- Hand to your mail carrier or drop at the post office
All returned merchandise must be received within 30 days of order delivery for a full purchase price refund or product exchange.
