Shipping Policy
Gigi's Closet offers free Ground Shipping on all orders within the United States, no matter the size of the order!
All items in our boutique are in stock and ready to ship to your doorstep. Orders are typically processed on the day they are received or the following day, excluding weekends and holidays. We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, or UPS. Please keep in mind that the USPS delivers on Saturdays. All items are shipped from Kansas.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail as well as an e-mail regarding your shipping details.
Disclaimer: Gigi's Closet uses reliable sources for delivery. We are not responsible for packages which are deemed lost in the mail, stolen, or not delivered; all claims regarding failure of delivery must be filed with the carrier.
Standard Shipping
As a standard order feature, Gigi's Closet provides free ground shipping for all orders via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Please allow 5-10 business days for Standard Shipping orders to arrive. This shipping timeline also applies to exchange items.
Express and Overnight Shipping
Upgrade the shipping option to Express Shipping in order to guarantee that your package will be delivered in 1-3 days. Express Shipping is available through FedEx and UPS to the continental United States for $21.99; packages expedited to a PO Box, Alaska, or Hawaii are charged $25.00. No signature is required for delivery of Express Shipments via FedEx or UPS.
Overnight Shipping is only available for orders submitted by 1:00PM ET. When an order is submitted by 1:00pm ET with the Express Shipping option, the post office guarantees delivery by the next day. Most Express Shipping deliveries arrive within 1 to 2 days, however, this cannot be guaranteed if the order is received after 1:00pm ET.
International Shipping
The International Shipping option is required for all orders placed outside the United States of America. This option is available via Global Express Mail or FedEx for $30. All international shipments are delivered within 5-10 days and can be tracked through the delivery provider.
